Balsamic Vinaigrette
Great not only on salads, but on steamed kale or other cooked vegetables or simply for dipping a nice crusty bread!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon dry mustard powder
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
Comine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Store in fridge.
