Easy Guacamole Ingredients: 2 ripe avocados 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 ripe tomato, chopped 1 lime, juiced 1/4 teaspoon cumin 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped unrefined sea salt and black pepper to taste Directions: Scoop avocados out of skin and mash in a medium serving bowl.
